Good morning from San Friggin Francisco!
It is a foggy, overcast day. I’m totally stoked.
Yesterday, after leaving James’s awesome aunt and uncle in Carmel, we cruised Northern California to visit his cousin Lisa at Cal State Fresno.
Afterward, we spent the afternoon in emergency-mode, as we scrambled about to replace the faithful GWT camera. James’ baby started making noise that we just didn’t like, and threw a tantrum whenever we tried to rewind. So, to conclude, we have a new camera. Remember seeing “Forrest Gump” and thinking how awesome it looked? No? Me neither. But, that’s how the rest of the Tour will appear. In HD. Maybe.
In any case, today, we’re working with Meals on Wheels in San Fran, and then hopefully meeting up with the folks at VolunteerMatch.org, with whom we’ve been working from just about Day 1 to connect us to non-profits.
Thanks for reading; collectively, you are more awesome than you can possibly imagine.
Synergy!

I guess “Maria” is too young to remember Scott McKenzie at Woodstock or the John Philips song he popularized. Don’t you remember “flower power” or “flower children”? How about the Monterey Pop Festival?
